Love

– Imagine someone you love.
– Imagine they’re in front of you.
– Feel in your heart, the love they fill you with.
– Give this love a colour.
– See your heart filled and surrounded by this colour light.
– Imagine this light expand to fill your entire body.
– You’re now surrounded by this light.
– Feel this light expand to fill the room you’re in.
– Imagine this feeling of love emanate from you to every being in the room. – Feel this light expand to the whole building.
– Feel this light expand to your city, visualise it.
– Say a mantra to the beings to help them, like “may you be free from suffering”.
– Feel this light expand to your country, visualise it.
– Feel this light expand to the whole world, visualise it.
– Say a mantra to the beings to help them, like “may you be free from suffering”.

Gratitude

– Bring to mind one thing from your personal life which you are grateful for in the last day, week or month. Focus on the emotion, love and joy which you felt.
– Bring to mind one thing from your career which you are grateful for. Feel the emotions and give thanks for that moment.
– Bring to mind one aspect of your being which you are grateful. Give thanks and gratitude, and feel the joy as you bring this aspect to mind.

Forgiveness

– Think of an incident which caused a negative charge within you.
– Bring to mind the person or incident which wronged you. Feel the pain, anger or emotion as you see the incident in front of you. Do this for one minute.
– Change focus from the emotion, to the person who caused the pain. Think about what they might’ve been going through which caused them to behave like this.
– Try to understand the way in which they see the world to allow them to do what they did.
– Think about what you’ve learned from the incident.
– Forgive them. Tell them you no longer want to hold on to this grudge and you set them free.
– See them fade away. The incident no longer charges you.
– If the incident was serious, you should do this over multiple days.

The future

– Bring to mind 2 goals for your life in 3 years time. Imagine it.
– What do you see, hear, smell? Colours?
– Bring to mind the feelings knowing that this is your future.

Your day ahead

– See each stage of your day unfold ahead beautifully.
– Set an intention.
– See each stage, going perfectly.
– See joy, happiness, peace, love.
– See yourself going to bed. The blessing
– Ask for a blessing to support you on your life’s journey.
